Dashboard and Bloomgard AI
Pipeline analytics, AI-built charts, and the chat assistant.
Dashboard
The Dashboard summarises the workspace:
- Total Quotes, My Contribution and Other contributions (managers see everyone's).
- Recent Quotes Activity with a View All → link to the pipeline.
- Split Breakdown of the pipeline.
- An Active Filter and Filtered Records count when you narrow the view.
AI-built charts ("Intelligence")
Type what you want to see in plain language ("total revenue by agent", "pie chart of quote statuses"). The AI turns it into a chart definition:
- Chart: pie, bar, line, or a single metric.
- Metric: count of quotes, or total value.
- Dimension: status, agent, client, source or date.
The chart is computed from your own visible quotes; the AI only chooses the shape.
Bloomgard AI (chat assistant)
Bloomgard AI in the sidebar is a chat assistant that can read your pipeline in real time, your inbox, and your Master Data setup. Try:
- "Most sold products"
- "Where are clients in follow-ups?"
- "Summarize inbox emails"
- "What master data is set up?"
It also supports Deep Data Analysis for longer analytical questions. Answers use only your workspace's data, and usage is metered.
