Bloom is a concept from Bloomgard Enterprise. It shows how a document can carry its own proof: who signed it, when, and whether anything has changed since. Anyone can check that proof on a public page, without an account.
Two apps, one Bloom

Both apps use the same account system, the same signing and the same verification page. A document sent from one can be signed in the other.
